As part of the AGIA’s commitment to fostering a culture of clarity, accountability and excellence, a pivotal workshop was held to introduce and apply the R-A-C-I framework – Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed – in preparation for the rollout of the approved Performance Evaluation System.
This initiative was started during the term of AGIA President Hideliz Marie A. Laranang, continued by Immediate Past President Marissa N. Fabricante, and now to be finalized and implemented under the term of President Dinah E. Pichay. This marks a strategic step toward aligning individual contributions with organizational goals. By mapping out the roles and responsibilities of the staff, the workshop empowered them to better understand their place in key processes and how their performance will be evaluated moving forward.

Through interactive sessions, the staff collaborated to build R-A-C-I matrices that define who leads, who supports, and who needs to stay informed. These outputs will serve as foundational tools for performance tracking, ensuring that expectations are clear and that every employee is recognized for their unique role in driving success.
More than just a technical exercise, the workshop reinforced the value of transparency, collaboration, and shared ownership – principles that will guide the organization as it embraces a more structured and meaningful approach to performance management.
With this groundwork laid, the Performance Evaluation System is poised to launch with clarity and confidence, backed by a workforce that knows exactly where it stands and how it contributes.
Special thanks to Ms. Jenny N. Nuyda for selflessly and tirelessly guiding the AGIA employees and Board of Directors in all these activities.
